We are so excited to share this GORGEOUS brand-new home, designed and built by Architect, Mario Vargas. Created to blend nature and beauty with stunning views of the Cerro Valley and Pacific Ocean from all the rooms. The entire front of the house is glass and opens to a 30′ infinity pool, outdoor showers, and inset firepit area. The beautiful exterior gardens invite guests to be part of nature as they relax in luxury. Enjoy the interior garden courtyard while you swing in the hanging wicker chair and feel the gentle breezes or relax in the sun loungers on the pool deck.

This home has 3 large bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, and can sleep 8 people with comfort. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and shower with an entrance to a secluded garden. Each bedroom has a full glass wall and direct access to the deck. For guests who like to sleep in, black-out curtains are provided.

This special location was chosen from among many as an area to provide guests a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the local communities, a place to come for privacy, to enjoy listening to the howler monkeys, watch the wild flocks of parakeets circle at sunset and enjoy cool mountain breezes. The architect has uniquely designed this house to take advantage of ambient lighting and cross-breezes from the valley. While there are air conditioning units in each room, many people have found that they are not needed. This is one-level living at its best- easy access to all rooms, gardens, and pool area!

The kitchen is fully stocked with any amenities you may need. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen and grilling area with a 1/2 bath. We also provide a Concierge Service, Tierra Costa. They organize add-ons such as a personal chef, massages, adventure tours, surf lessons, rentals, reservations, and more! We started coming to Costa Rica in 2014 and fell in love with the natural beauty and the local Ticos/Ticas. We hope you love this house as much as we do!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please be sure to read the Safety Concern Section. This house is on a mountain with rough terrain and unimproved roads. This is why we recommend 4×4 vehicles to travel the coastal /mountain roads. Many people live on the road and travel the road regularly with no problem. The house sits on the side of the mountain with an unprotected steep drop. Children and pets should always be supervised. by an adult. The pool is not gated but we have provided a pool alarm system that can be turned on/off as needed.

The house itself is on a mountain overlooking Playa Garza & Playa Guiones. It is 2 miles from the beaches of Garza (10-15 minute drive)and 7 miles to the beaches of Guiones (20-minute drive), this area is what most people know as NOSARA. I usually use the Guilded Iguana Beach Resort as my “pin” when heading to town because it is centrally located and right off of the beach. These coastal town roads can be challenging and narrow. We always recommend renting 4-wheel drive vehicle. It is important to pay attention while driving! We are excited to announce that the roads have been paved through Nosara Estates and offer smoother access to the beautiful beaches and towns!
