Casa Sueño is a stunning, two-story house located in the prestigious Bosque Verde Reserve in Nosara, Costa Rica. It features breathtaking views of the Beaches of Nosara (Garza, Guiones, Pelada, and Ostional), lush tropical gardens, a private infinity pool on the main level, and a dip-in pool on the first level. The large outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the stunning views.

Inside, the house is spacious and airy, with high ceilings, large windows and doors, and elegant wood finishes throughout the house. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and preparing delicious meals while you enjoy the breathtaking views.
The comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy reading area. The second bedroom has one queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a working desk. These two bedrooms are located on the second level which is considered the main level.
On the first level, there is a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a private bathroom, a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds, one twin size, and the second one with a queen bottom bed and a twin top, private bathroom.

There is also a fully equipped kitchenette on the first level, between the two bedrooms.

All spaces in the house have A/C, doors, and windows are fully screened, also from all areas you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Enjoy the yoga deck for a morning session or just hang out at the hammock for a peaceful nap.

The distance to Nosara beaches is approximately 10.9 km and 25 minutes driving time from the property.
